Erika Port is an artist and educator based in New York. She attended SUNY New Paltz and got her Bachelor of Science degree in Art Education with a ceramics concentration in 2020. During the pandemic, she decided to go back to SUNY New Paltz to pursue a Post Baccalaureate in ceramics until 2022.

Erika uses strong influences of her Japanese cultural background in her work, exploring the contradiction of cute, absurd creatures in sophisticated spaces in the scope of optimism.

Currently, Erika is attending Pennsylvania State University to obtain her MFA in ceramics.
